THE MAN
BEHIND THE METHOD
I grew up watching Greg Doucette, Athlean-X, and Jeff Nippard on repeat. The science of the body fascinated me — but so did the challenge of pushing it.
In middle school, I held the push-up record. Not because I was naturally gifted, but because I was obsessed. I started teaching proper form to classmates, getting them to chase the record, getting them in shape. That instinct to coach showed up early.
In high school I ran track as a sprinter — competitive, fast, driven. But every time I looked in the mirror, I saw the same thing: a skinny kid with a small frame. No muscle. No size. Just someone who wanted more.
I joined my first gym — the YMCA — and I didn't go alone. I brought friends. We trained together, pushed each other, grew together. Then LA Fitness. Then private gyms. Each step, I was learning more, applying more, and naturally falling into the role of the guy people came to with questions.
Over the years I went from 150 lbs to 195 lbs — a full body recomposition built through consistency, education, and stubbornness.
But the number I'm most proud of isn't on a scale. It's the people I've guided along the way — friends and clients who lost the fat, built the muscle, gained the strength, and most importantly, got their confidence back.
That's why I coach. Because I've been the skinny kid staring at the mirror. I know exactly what it takes to change what you see — and I know how to get you there.
